About the website

Here you can find my various creative projects, general thoughts, and refuge from the noise of the larger Internet.

Usage of CSS and Javascript on this website is optional, and limited to a minority of pages. This is for accessibility reasons and also a personal choice - I wanted the website's strength to be its content, not a shiny front. Also, I'm coding all this from scratch and I'm very lazy, so a simple layout keeps things manageable for me.

This website is coded in xed (the default text editor on Linux Mint) and also sometimes directly in the Neocities editor. It doesn't matter what browser and what screen resolution I use, since your device is different from mine, and the website will look fine regardless. It even opens in text-based browsers like Lynx (I've tested it) and should work fine with screen readers (though I've not yet tested it).

Most pages on the site are available in both English and Russian, with select pages translated to other languages as well.

If something is broken, or you have a question, or a suggestion, or you just want to say hi, feel free to message me at paradiseandcola@proton.me.

I have too many interests for my own good: I play the violin, draw, learn different languages, grow plants, write, code websites like this one, all on top of having to do regular human chores like earning money and doing the dishes. I like pourover coffee and don't like fresh cucumber.
